Attachment theory is a well established and researched theory of human development that basically says we need human connection to flourish.

Systems Oriented

Systems theory considers not just the person but also the relationships (a.k.a. systems) a person exists in. It allows for context in understanding a persons experience both intrapsychically and extrapychically.

While in-person is the preferred method for meeting, we understand sometimes logisitcs can make that difficult. Therefore, for anyone in Tennessee we offer virtual sessions.
