Counseling for Adults, Teens & Children

Groups

Stacks Image 3
In a group you see you're not alone. You get to feel supported and provide support; you get to share and hear others share. This back and forth dynamic is the power of groups. Like individual counseling, groups provide support and a sounding board. However, the financial cost of group counseling is less.

Open to anyone about to, in the middle of or recovering from divorce. Fear, sadness, and anger are just some of the emotions experienced by people going through divorce. While the group can't change what's happening with your marriage, it can change the sense of isolation as you process with others going through divorce.

Refusing to ask for help when you need it is refusing someone the chance to be helpful.
